Order Status
- If your order is made successfully, we will send you shipping confirmation email.
- You can login your account to check the status.
- You can also track your order via the courier’s Web site.
- If you want to modify your order in the status of “placed but not billed”, just cancel the order and place a new one.
- Once the order has been billed, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Policy
- Price do not include any taxes. Taxes are paid by buyer. Import or export licenses are to be secured by Buyer.
- The shipment will be ready in 1-3 business days upon confirmation of payment received. This will also vary depending on stock availability.
- Normally, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 7-45 business days. It depends on the location of your country.

AT THIS TIME, WE CANNOT CONFIRM A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES FOR SOME COUNTRIES. PLEASE MONITOR THE TRACKING LINK ON YOUR DESPATCH EMAIL.

Return & Exchange Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with the products, you may return any items as is original condition for full refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving your purchase (from the date delivered as courier stated).
- You need to be responsible for the return delivery charge.
- Unless there is quality problem, all products are allowed to exchange once only. Please return your item together with the delivery note or order form, otherwise we will not be able to process your returns/exchange.
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 4-7 business days upon receipt of the return products.
- Refunds (excluding initial delivery charge) will be made against the original credit card used.
- We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and will return such goods to you within 28 days of our notification.
